Hey guys not really on topic but I wondered what everyones favourite home kit was if you need to refresh your memory a list of them all can be found here:

    http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/Southampton/Southampton.htm

For me being a fairly young saints fan I don't have a huge range of choice from my football fan career. So for me last seasons home kit really stood out as a really unique kit. But if we are including all kits I really like the 93-95 kit and am looking into buying one!

If anyone has one they are willing to part with I may well be interested :p

haha no, it was just really long, like a friggin dress! it was good because it was so long the majority of the players tucked them in, looked proper smart.

I liked the 97-99 one too. Shame my sisters hamster ate it.

Lucky we don't have shirts like dresses these days. Girls would wear them out as dresses.

And the one from 1974-1976 (which I would love Umbro to replicate seeing as it was one of theirs):

I like the shorts from 1894. And I'm trying to cultivate a moustache from that era also.

My favourite is the Air Florida kit, always reminds me of Keegan. Shamefully too young to ever see this kit worn in the flesh.

Been waiting for the Saints Megastore to have the retro kit available in a Medium for ages now :emoticon-0120-doh:

Keegan never wore the Air Florida sponsored kit. He wore the Rank Xerox one

Air Florida was the kit when we finished runners up in 83/84. The Airline went bust actually before the end of the season, but the club decided to keep it on the kit regardless.
