Leicester Ciity got beaten yesterday by the team "playing some of the best football in Premier League history" ... there's an article on the BBC ... Quentin should enjoy that ... he loves the BBC ...

In contrast, Spurs got beaten by an out of form Arsenal yesterday and are now in a real tussle to stay in the top 4, never mind be contenders for the title. 11 points looks too much and you wonder whether more of them might now be tempted to do a Kyle Walker in search of trophy success?

"Quentin is as Quentin does" is becoming Leicestershire folklore <laugh>

How so? Nobody else seems to think our result is worthy of laughing at. Still better than pretty much everyone else whose played them.
Just deflecting from your own teams failure

  6. Yes, it was an uncharacteristically inept performance from us, yesterday. Unfortunately, we are prone to do that against the Gunners.

I suspect that over the course of the rest of the season, we will return to form, and that the Gunners will revert to type.

They always manage to scrap a half-decent performance against us. They'll be back to drawing against the likes of Stoke and Burnley, soon enough.

For us, it's about the likes of Kane, Dembele, Winks, and Eriksen recovering their full fitness, and getting back to business. I don't think there's even anything for us to "learn" from yesterday's game.

  7. That's only because they haven't thought about it for long enough, Johnny.

Anyway, who said I was laughing?

Trust me, I don't find anything about LCFC funny.

We were unbeaten since September and lost to the best club team in the world right now. Absolutely nothing to be ashamed of so it’s a poor attempt at avoiding the humiliation of what happened to Spurs following you sounding off in advance about the match :emoticon-0148-yes:
Everyone else has moved on, you should to. It was 2 years ago now, let it go

    Why uncharacteristically inept?

What is your record like at Emirates or Big away games.

    Usually you play with fear

  10. ....and yet you remain dangerously close to the relegation zone, Johnny.

That's what I was point out.

This is a footy forum, correct?

Whether you like it or not (and I can see that you don't like it), a lot of poster are still interested in seeing just how far LCFC will fall. I correctly predicted that you would pay a terrible price for fluking the title - that has been well and truly proven, now - but we still don't know just how far this will go.

This thread isn't over, not by a long way!

  11. We hadn't lost to the Gunners for 4 years, CFC.

Plus, I think most pundits have accepted that they are now very much in our shadow.

Unfortunately for the Spurs fans, their key players will definitely do a Kyle Walker.

Danny: what’s it like in Manchester?

Kyle: it’s actually a pretty cool city, much cheaper than London, especially as I’m earning three times what I was getting last season. Plus I’m going to win the PL this season.

    Danny: I’m in.

HIAG's arse is stinging after his side went all Spursy and dropped their drawers to allow Wenger to ride them again.

So he tries to hides his hurt by taking a pop at Leicester who got beaten by the best side in the League yesterday.

Poor old Nigel, a perennial loser

  14. Jose: "What take you so ****ing long to answer phone?"

    Levy: "No double-glazing thanks."

Jose: "I not sell double-glazing. I call to buy player! It's me, Jose!"

Levy: "Yeah, I know. I was ripping the piss! When I don't answer the phone, it means I don't want to talk to you!"

Jose: "Newspaper say all your player want to leave. This I believe and I want to buy player! I tell Glazer to open wallet very wide."

Levy: "Who do you want to buy?"

Jose: "All of them. Any of them. Your player better than my player, so I open to offer."

Levy: "Hm, I see. Well, I might let Sissoko go..."

    Jose: "Yes?"

Levy: "...but it will cost you large!"

Jose: "How about sixty million quid, plus Fellani?"

Levy: "Nah. I'll take fifty million quid, so long as you keep Fellani."

    Jose: "Done!"

Levy: "Yes, you have been, son!"

You believe we will go down then from what you say?
FYI we have lost 5 games this season
    Arsenal
    Man U
    Liverpool
    Chelsea
    Man City

That’s all the big teams played in the first 12. Means we have some small teams coming up.

It’s disappinting we didn’t pick some points up in those games, a missed pen against Liverpool and a late comeback by Arsenal in particular. Now we have a competent manager in charge we will start to pick up points as we have been doing against the rest of the league. 7th/8th is much more likely than relegation

  16. Boy, oh boy! Have you got some real butt hurt ahead of you, Johnny.

As much as I love the wide-eyed and never-ending optimism and naivety of you rabid Foxes, I do fear for your mental health.
