Pirlo did not play in either game (thank God) . "And they got put out by Peter Crouch!" Peter Pericolo to you, mate.
BBC Sport website asking you to pick all time Ashes XI Mine is: Hutton, Sutcliffe, Bradman, Border, Hammond, Botham, Gilchrist, Warne, Lillee, Thomson, McGrath
I opted for only players that I have actually seen play so - Hayden, Boycott, Border, Gower, Waugh (S), Botham, Knott, Warne, Lillee, McGrath and Alderman - Anyone accusing of Kent bias (3 players who played for the county and another born in the county) would be correct in doing so!
Yes, sorry about that. I'd forgotten about your thread; you should have bumped it up to remind us now the warm up games have started.
He's also had his contract with OM terminated (as somebody may have mentioned in the UEFA Watch thread...)
All of Son's Premier League goals for us, to commemorate him becoming the leading Asian goalscorer: Commentary's a little underwhelming and the number graphic at the start of each goal's a bit much, but at least the video's up. Our social media's definitely improved this season. Hopefully it'll continue to do so.
He’s been changed it seems.... You can predict a few more clubs who might miss this refs appearances in future!
He's infuriatingly inconsistent - as his performance against Palace demonstrated. Did **** all, scored a belter but missed two sitters. What i like about him is how two-footed he is. The fact that Kane and Eriksen are similarly talented must be a nightmare to defend against as there is no such thing as showing onto the weaker foot. Scored quite a few crucial goals too. The one against Swansea I shouted so loudly my neighbour messaged me to ask if I was ok
Trevor Sinclair Arrested............ BBC pundit and former England footballer Trevor Sinclair has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving, common assault and criminal damage. The 44-year-old was arrested after a woman was hit by a car, suffering minor injuries. Lancashire Police said officers responded at 20:45 GMT on Sunday to a disturbance at a home on Victory Boulevard in Lytham. It said a man had already left the property in a car. A force spokesman added: "A short time later, officers found the vehicle which had been involved in a collision with a woman pedestrian on Clifton Drive. She received minor injuries. "The driver, a 44-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving, common assault and criminal damage. "He is currently in custody." Maybe when we sell all our best players, as you regularly suggest we will, we could contribute to your defence costs? please log in to view this image "Cuff him, Danno."
That report is well hidden on the BBC websites - wonder why they are not advertising that one of their own pundits has been arrested?
