Did very little for us.
And so many England players have made themselves unavailable I'm surprised Leon isn't knocking on the door.
Hi Bob, Burnley currently 6th in the table and JC has played every game. Even if he hadn't been selected for the squad, the questions are:

Did we use him properly?

Was our coaching up to scratch?

Could be that Burnley's system and/or players suit him more?

Why hasn't the Swansea curse worked on JC (yet!) ?

Burnley are a well organised side, we haven't been for years. Cork is a limited player given a limited role but with players around him who know and their jobs.
With us he seemed to be the proverbial headless chicken and can anyone remember a game he excelled (there than being noticeable for running a marathon every game)?
I believe that this season the standard in the lower 2/3 res of the league is shockingly poor.
As bad as we've been there is little between us and any team we have played who are outside the traditional top six. All the more reason to replace Clement imo. Excluding Bob, Guidolin, Monk and anyone before would have had this squad in the top 8 this season.
If Cork resurrects his career in Burnley that's great for him but, as he was contributing very little here, it was right to move him on.

But that's really the point Bob - with decent coaching and organisation, he's a decent PL player who could do a job

Jack Cork was one of our better players.....That is why Jenkins sold him.<ok> He loves to sell any of our best players.......Cork is better off now anyway.....
