You are the one who is talking could have been... could have been 1-1.
What actually happened is Manchester City were awarded those two goals and won .
That what it says in my paper this morning.
Two goals which shouldn't have been and I'm talking should, not could.

Got this from the Poool board ...

As I have often said, all that ENIC had to do with their investments
once they bought THFC ...

It's not the first time this has happened to Everton, either, given The FA were quite shocked to discover that Peter Johnson also had a controlling stake in Tranmere Rovers.

Says a lot that fans of both Tranmere and Everton knew about this for years...

To be fair to the FA, as Mr Johnson has never on-pitch ever been :

- the victim of an alleged eye-gouging by Dembele
- allegedly been given the finger by Dele Alli

how would they know the man actually exists ??

In rugby if the ref isn't sure that the ball was touched down he consults the officials who look at the replay and they tell him if a try can be awarded or not so that a TRUE reflection of the score can be noted. It should be the same in football so that TRUE reflections of the teams can be recorded so that offside goals which are against the rules can be ruled out.
City had TWO goals which should not have been therefore 1-1 is a TRUE reflection of their form. Their form is not good enough to truthfully claim that 3-1 is fair.

Sadly RDBD I don't think you're up to the task of seeing the logic in that.

Sad to see Janssen hasn't scored in 5 matches and now faces a three week injury lay off.

As I have made no comments on what constitutes
the "true form" of Citeh, you sadly appear not to
even be up to the task of replying to what I have
actually posted (yet alone more difficult tasks) . :(

As we seem to be receiving the same repetitive phrase from you I can only conclude that we have now experienced the pinnacle of your academic prowess. It appears you are not up to the task of posting anything further.:emoticon-0101-sadsmAll this because you are not up to the task of grasping that two of our goals against Madrid were very fortunate.

Until you show yourself to be up to aforementioned
tasks, better to repeat the same "phrase" until you
demonstrably understand it, yes ??

No, because you're the one failing to grasp reality. Also the "Tasks" you set don't exist. I'm studying form, you're only looking at the results ignoring how they're achieved because you're not up to the task.

Alan Shearer says that Arsene Wenger owes Raheem Sterling for calling him a diver.

Why? Sterling is a diver.
Rather rich coming from the smug, dive ignorer, though.
"Robert Pires did a pirouette and rolled over 1,000 times? I did not see the incident... ;) "
Not so funny when the shoe's on the other foot, eh Twatface?
Was a penalty, anyway.

Better relegate them both, just to be sure. Can't be too careful.

Personally I think that a video review of the third City goal would not have shown that it was clearly offside. It wasn't sufficient clear cut to overturn the on field decision.

A lot of individual football matches are decided by luck. It's not possible to deduce anything by looking at a few goals.
