But heh - don't know why I thought that, but now I'm writing, are you sure Tram?

Pretty sure Danish and Durbar has confirmed same, who's another old Wren lad, so we must stick together on this!!!!!!!

So Sir Michael Fallon resigns saying his past conduct doesn’t live up to that expected of the armed forces. He must have done some truly awful things given that in the last few weeks a single Royal Navy nuclear submarine has lost its commander and a couple of officers for relationships which were against the rules and nine sailors for using cocaine.

More important than Fallon, the 'drunk', resigning is that fact that the government lost another vote in the Commons today - on a Labour motion to make them publish the Brexit impact assessment papers that they want to keep secret. Once again the Tories abstained because they think that not voting makes things go away, but they may not get away with it this time, as the speaker has said that the vote should be binding.

This is the stuff that they think will weaken their negotiating position, presumably because it shows no deal to be a complete disaster for all 58 sectors assessed? And they think the EU doesn’t know that already?

The EU knows alright, it's us they want to keep it from.

Load of rubbish

Drunk in charge of a vagina
Drink makes people do stupid things

Each case has to be judged
I think the word rape should only be used for people who target others as sexual prey

I would like to see sexual provocation deemed as a crime

I'm presuming that there must be more stuff in his cupboard, as putting his hand on a woman's knee is surely not something to resign over?

What they just said on the radio was that something more recent had been complained about (no complaint about the original hand on knee) and May had sacked him. I dislike Julia Hartley Brewer and wonder about her motivation for splurging all over the media on something she claims to have felt was trivial and dealt with. There must be quite a few in the cabinet and shadow cabinet pondering their futures.

I am actually more shocked by what went on on that submarine. The commander was obviously completely useless and the idea that blokes on drugs can be locked up in an isolated constricted space which happens to have nuclear weapons in it is terrifying. Got to be questions asked about the structures that allowed that to happen, doesn’t stop with who was on the vessel.

I'm pretty confident that those sailors would not be able to unilaterally launch those weapons, but I share your concern.

So, when I say something similar to what Paul posted you are all over me like a bad suit, but you don't take him to task?

Very interesting.
He posts general crap to get a reaction. Your crap has become more targeted. I can ignore his ramblings because its obvious hes just posting for effect. I've met him and know this. You i dont know, and the tone of your posts is different. Hence a different response when warranted.

Is my "crap" described as such simply because it disagrees with your opinions?
