Must say I am sick of the whole thing. I really don't have a lot of sympathy for these women who put up with it at the time to further their careers and now years later decide to report it. I am in no way condoning his behaviour but if he raped you then report it, if they had all reported it at the time he could not have got away with it for so long. Also how much of it was rape and how much just the girls not being keen on the idea but him promising stuff if they did what he asked or threatening they would not get anywhere unless they slept with him.
I believe there are many and varied reasons why some didn't accuse at the time, or did and were batted away. Age, experience and collective support can offer you a confidence to face the industry and public scrutiny that follows such accusations. Life decisions are rarely easy for the young and vulnerable. All such accusations should be listened to, unfortunately there seems to be far too many almost frivolous and seemingly pointless accusations that are creating a media fog around the truly serious accusations that deserve full and immediate action. The cork is out of the bottle and the mischievous genies of the fourth and fifth estates will have their day... ...I think the sad thing is that the nature of some men and women means very little will actually change, they will simply cover their tracks better.
Fallons resigned from the cabinet for past behaviour where in his words he fell short. What the hell is going on in this world
I think there's some stuff that's going to come out about him very soon - much more than touching a knee. The unredacted 'spreadsheet' alludes to other stuff, but is, in my opinion, unclear as to what.
The knee touch was an attempt to deflate the building story. Lots of sleaze to come. These people need taking to task.
They should be thankful they Don't live in some countries... http://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...ing-ripped-jeans-nabih-al-wahsh-a8030831.html
I was listening to the first Lostprophets album the other day. Such a shame that the lead singer turned out to be a monster child molester (to the point of abhorrence, way beyond everything I've seen or heard of before). Still, no reason to punish the other 4 blokes.
Corey Feldman's disclosure is worrying. But what's worse is it seems to have been ignored for years by many people in the industry.
