Somebody can be sacked for not following the company's rules but the boss is allowed to break the rules in sacking him or her. Hardly seems fair to me.

 

But it is. How much money getting pissed to the courts over technicalities and the sake of a piss pot sum of money to keep the pit quiet.

 

If you deserve to be sacked you deserve to be sacked, I fail to see why you should deserve a reward too on a procedural technicality.

Of course the boss can break his own rules, he's the boss, he can do whatever the **** he wants.

If the boss could do whatever he wants, why is he having to attend a tribunal after admitting unlawful dismissal?
