Who on earth put New Agenda in at 8/1 and why did it take until 4am for them to start cutting it.

Looks like someone on nightshift spotted the blunder and they have all now been able to correct while everyone was sleeping without taking a penny.

How the hell did brutal go off 2/1 I know it was a charity race the jockey/owner has never ridden a race before etc.. but still on all form he was miles clear!!!
