The fact the instructor had to stand so close to her so he could brace her weak 9 year old body against the recoil should have been a hint it wasn't a good idea

The thing that gets me though, is that, as a gun instructor, you would have thought the guy would know how much recoil there is on that gun when in full auto mode, and that there would be no chance in hell a 40lb, 9 year old girl would be able to control a weapon like that in full auto mode, so why in the **** did he allow her to fire it AND think it was a good idea to put it in auto mode?!

And again, the parents, What possessed them to think it would be a good idea to give their daughter a machine gun ffs!
Not even like a 22. calibre handgun to start off with, just "no, straight to the Rambo ****!"

I have a friend who served in the falklands and the Gulf War and he said that in the movies where you see Rambo and John Matrix (Arnies character from Commando), firing M60 machine guns from the hip, it is absolute bollocks. Even someone as big as those guys, if you tried to fire an M60 one handed, from the hip, it would go all over the place and you wouldn't hit ****, at least not anything you were trying to hit. <laugh>

What utter bollock. Hiagster put up your videos of you firing an m60 one handed and hitting all the targets you want.
