At least it will slap some sense into some of our more deluded fans. Every year we get fans saying "We've never had it better" "This year we can really push on".

Im sorry but I believe we have stood still year on year, losing Bent with no replacement has led to some truly atrocious hoofball up to Gyan (Hardly a beanpole) and Sessegnon who may as well be the 8th dwarf. This is NEVER going to work against tanks like Colo and like I say, when it doesn't work, it seems we have no plan B. This usually results in players getting frustrated, and getting booked (We had one of the worst disciplinary records last year usually from the panic that ensues when we go behind) and once Sunderland go behind, we rarely come back into a game.

<applause> but, you lost ;)

<applause> Good to see a bit of well written honesty being spoken.

Would have taken a draw, and reasonably close game if you ignore the fact that Larsson and Cattermole should have been dismissed long before Bardsley. Still, I cant imagine you lot would have been very sympathetic so...

Had a feeling it would be a close game.

Considering the Larsson hand ball on the line, we definitely definitely deserved that one.

Sorry lads, had to do at least one. It's customary.

Oh yeah and Matty, well said. <ok>

<applause> Top bloke. You're a good one. I like you.

I did have a Sunderland win, by 1-0 but we were at home and it had close game wrote all over it, i didnt expect us to get bloody beat (again) though. Newcastle are like bloody Everton for us, can never seem to get a result against them (I know we have but its rare).

And contrary to what some of the bad winner Mags are saying, Im not just saying this because we lost, Ive genuinely been ****ting it for this game, and can finally breathe easy now its over.

Our home record against you is DIRE. 2 wins in 14 home games. This will psychologically affect the players, as will the 5-1 last season. There was so much pressure to get back at Newcastle, the players clearly couldnt handle it. I said it elsewhere, but I believe watching Sunderland is akin to watching England, albeit on a lesser scale. Clearly some decent players there, but you just know when it matters, they -will- crumble, and run out of ideas. particularly in the derby.

The change in the way our team plays, and the body language of our players when we go behind/a team gets a goal back is visible, and clear. We revert solely to hoofball, make ****ty challenges, and generally run out of ideas and start panicking.

Feel like ****, but everything that I predicted would go wrong, did.

The games over toon ****s. Its in the past. Stop living in the past you skunk ****ers & get of our board. :emoticon-0121-angry We`ll finish above you at the end of the season and you`s will most likely be relegated. Now do 1, you gloating bastards.

Come on you would be doing the same if we had won. I was braced for a Toon onslaught on here after the game, so let them have their moment for a couple of days. If we still hear about the legendary "1-0 " game of clogger-ball every day in 3 months time, then I can understand being annoyed at gloating.
