First half, WBA were a lot more positive than I was expecting from (a) the XI selected, and (b) a Tony Pulis managed team. Second half, they were pretty much exactly as I expected.

J-Rod couldn't respectfully just look crap tonight, could he! <laugh>

Glad to see him doing well. You have to wonder at the Board's plan for our forward line when Jay is playing first team football at WBA and we are starting Shane Long and Redmond. I was ok with him being sold on the assumption we'd see a decent replacement, but nah. If he was here I'd be wanting to play him down the left with Gabbiadini down the middle.

And that was a penalty all dayyyyy long.

With Connor Wickham injured too, I can't actually think of another striker in their squad, excluding youth team.

I think Rickie is still available, if Roy wants another Scotland moment.

Please, no, I couldn't bear to see Rickie playing for them. I think I'd rather he signed for Harry Redknapp's next club!

Looks as though Palace's record will continue after today. 5Live commentators disgusted at their lack of effort...

Man City looking pretty unbeatable at the moment. United not doing too badly either.

Ha. Slow, flat, defensive, undynamic, slow, ponderous and slow. And didn't get the striker they obviously needed. Sounds sort of familiar actually, but at least ours aren't on 6 year 120k contracts.
