Kroenke refusing to sell and also continuing to blank Usmanov having a seat on the board means that he's left with a 30% stake and no voice whatsoever.
The rumour has come originally from an Arsenal site, that says Kroenke has now turned the tables and offered to buy Usmanov out, which would give him a 97% stake and he could take the company private.
