Lukaku has had an excellent start to his United career, as have Lacazette at Arsenal and Morata at Chelsea... don't think any of them can be criticised.
My own doubts about Lukaku in terms of whether he is absolutely too class stem from his performances for Belgium at the last two major tournaments where he has been all but anonymous against the best defenders ... although, in fairness, I did have Belgium, with their incredible squad (on paper), down as dark horses for both tournaments and they vastly under performed /achieved in both.
Lukaku is still young as well ... but his first touch would have to improve considerably if he is to join the ranks of the exceptional centre forwards such as Ibra, Drogba, van Nistelhorse, Suarez, Aguero and Vardy

Stan really doesn't seem the type to be bothered about being wrong about a footballer. I maybe wrong on that, and I'm not bothered if I am wrong about that, just to clarify.

True. Although van Persie spent around 6 years of his Arsenal career on the injury table.
