Because people on the internet have a lot of time on their hands, here's a spreadsheet looking at the fate of every single team relegated from the English, Spanish, German, French and Italian top flight since 1990

Tedious in many ways, but 1860 Munich in Tier 4, Ancona in Tier 7, Racing Santander and Mallorca in Tier 3:eek:

The one that stood out for me was Bastia and Evian finding out that the LFP really don't **** around with FFP.

Here's hoping a certain Johnny-vient-récemment club from Paris find that out soon...

If you're a striker and you're meant to miss a chance to claim your $5, there must be an overwhelming urge to score, take the glory and stuff the $5.
What does $5 buy you in Malawi?

It seems like a hundred years since I saw Les Allen and company put 5 past L orient in the 1st Division....and now they are well and truly stuck in the non league.
A lot of teams once in the Football League going, where,in non league? ...but I've always liked the Pyramis system.Gives every one a chance.
I can remember season after season Peterborough tried to get in the Football League buit turned away by the powers that be.When they did finally get in,they took the league by storm.I saw them at Palace that first season and they were great!

R.I.P. actor Tony Booth. Famous for a relatively small part in one show. However, the show was such an enormous marker of the changes in this country at the time that it sustained his fame for more than 50 years.

Even more amazingly, his name in the show has almost totally disappeared from memory. He played the part of Mike Rawlins but is remembered only as The Randy Scouse Git, after who The Monkees named this bit of pop wonderfulness.......

Yes indeed, I think he's equally well known for being Cherie's father.

And since they're on this page, the Monkees were brilliant (not sure what Davy is doing on drums). I saw them in one of their last appearances here at the Albert Hall, they were very very good.

    The Monkees were very good.

    They inspired some unlikely bands.

More songs posted on the music thread.

  14. The Monkees were pretty much the original boy-band, created by marketing executives, but fortunately containing some musical talent to write at least some of their material. :emoticon-0148-yes:
Used to love their TV shows as a kid

Our Haribo Cup game against Wet Sham has been chosen for live TV coverage by Sky. Man Utd is the other game, obviously.
Not sure when tickets go on sale or what the prices are going to be like. Seems like this should be sorted quickly, to me.

  17. Brilliant strategy cricket with Butler :emoticon-0148-yes:
Hoped Roy would go on to a big ton, but these two pulled it out of the fire.

Had a bet with a Manure fan who works at Kigali Airport. 100 US dollars. He bet Manure will beat Spurs Home and Away. Any other result, draw or Spurs win in either of the matches I win. Can't be bad. Got a free seat upgrade in the process. Life is good.
