Matt Ingram let in 6 goals today against our old friends from the blue half of Bristol and he saved a penalty <laugh><laugh>
Did he really let them in? <laugh>

Northampton were losing 1-0 at half time and conceded 3 of the goals in the last 20 odd minutes when reduced to 10 men. Rovers had 24 shots with 16 on target. Not sure if the goals are included in the figures.

Pierre played yesterday and comments from Northampton fans were not kind with one saying he seemed to give up after the 4th. He hasn't played much under the new manager i'm wondering if he thinks he made a big mistake,he got a 3 year contract but had he renewed with us he probably would have been offered the same with us thinking about getting a decent fee if he would have moved on.

Yes, that was something I mentioned earlier. The fact that he wouldn't sign a contract to ensure we got a transfer fee tells a story and, much as I rated him, I wouldn't have him back. By not signing, he has cost us about a million quid I reckon. That was his thanks for developing at Adams Park.

Agreed Ron i wouldn't take him back as i wouldn't trust him not to crap on us again, then again with his current form who the hell would want to sign him?

Out of these, who would you rate as the biggest waste of time/money/talent.

Morgan for me, but we did have another striker who was big strong and fast but couldn't be bothered, can't remember his name and he probably gave up playing after he left us (I think he was a property tycoon)

I think I know who you mean because I was thinking the same. I thought his name began with H but can't find him on Google. Played a 2 or 3 seasons ago?

I was thinking it began with a b, the time frame sounds right. Something like Bennett but not.
