I have just read this amazing statistic on Nick Illingworth's Ugly Inside site and thought it was quite amazing. Just hope it doesn't jinx tomorrow's game for us!
Ooops, here it is: Amazingly its been over six months since Saints have dropped a point on a Saturday fixture, you have to go back to February 5th and our 4-4 draw with Peterborough for the last time Saints failed to win on a Saturday fixture, indeed you have to go back to the 22nd January for the last time they lost a league fixture on a Saturday and that remains Saints only League defeat on a Saturday of 2011.
Wowza!!!!! GREAT time to be a saints fan! I am even representing the red n white colours at work - even though we are not allowed to wear football shirts as it may offend. Dare anyone ask me to go home and change etc..... theres plenty of clothing wear that offends me here!!!! lol
I think this is where one of those lapel badges or tie-pins are excellent. Show you're a fan without anyone objecting. Don't get yourself reprimanded for being a Saints fan.
