yup. I will confess to being on the wind for the entire time. I have only told one person that i've been dropping VVD ****e on here for the past 2 weeks purely on the wind and don't expect that person to admit i told them it. At least jimmy can content himself with a 12 month wait for the player klopp wants but VVD as never coming and i said in june never spending 70mil on a CB. I think Salah looks a very good buy, Robertson is a decent LB, Solanke replaces Origi and the Ox is versatile but uninspiring imo. So you've still got a very good first XI but the squad looks very thin to me, and it's this that'll cost you over the full season. We haven't got a proven No.9 so Koeman is going to have to change the way we play as a result. That's a major error as is not buying cover for Baines. Our squad is large and looks good throughout barring arguably the most important position! I think we'll be mid table this season as a result, so that's disappointing

It will do... we need to dump the league cu for one. the draw has been ****e and playing first team then when CL needs focus will kill us. at some point we will blow up and lose ground so really its a question of whats the requirement this year for 4th. Last year it took 75points which is huge. If spurs and arsenal say don't get it quite right and end up aorund 68 points i think we might be able to score enough to get 70 points. yes It was an actual itk rumour but i didn't believe it. Don't really get why people care that much tbh. Van Dijk will likely leave in January or next summer and looks like he may continue to sulk or be isolated for a while yet. Hardly a win for Southampton. Equally Coutinho will likely leave for Barcelona or Psg next summer. Hardly a win for us, other than to have him try perform in the champions league. All of us acting like we stood up to bigger teams and took control, but ultimately we have no power and both players will leave anyway.
