Hope Meyler knows something we don't
There's 2 things that always struck me throughout this summer, firstly, Is Grosiki just been winding everyone up, as no sane professional would post what he's put would they?, and second, when Silva met with the Allam's to tell them he was off, was his advice to get rid off everyone and start again?

If I was slutsky I'd walk. Enob has left us with no chance. Rivals Boro, Wednesday etc have not only been strengthening but signing players we've been targeting.

We're ****ed.

Meyler was the one pulling everyone over to Turbo when they were celebrating, he was walking back to halfway alone after he assisted both the first two goals.
Apart from his overlooked and underestimated qualities on the pitch (and he never was ****e), these tweets give an insight into him as a team man. He even gets away with subtle pops at Allams and survives. Not sure how he is suppose to be feel having two teams getting dismantled around him in successive years, and he's left here.

It's not just us but why oh why do clubs leave it so late. The whole thing is such a ****ing farce.

Oh and Ross Barkley is a tit.

I was just going to post the same. All the talk is of Sanchez to City collapsing cos Arsenal couldn't get a replacement in time, well if they'd done this even just a week ago it would've probably gone through. It makes no ficking sense.

Why don't clubs get the deals done earlier?

Agents advise you to leave it late on in the transfer window. They are good at what they do and you use them because they have a relationship with the player and the key people at the selling club. You take their advice unless you feel like you're not getting anywhere with them in which case you go straight to the club. If they're confident the deal will happen, then it's usually the case that it's left to the last couple of days.

Well, they're both trying to sort out the Drinkwater deal, so that's no surprise.

I hope we're doing the same and putting a deal sheet in.

Exactly

All this "we left it too late" ect is irrelevant, we were never going to influence when we could sign Musa or Tomori, Chelsea and Leicester needed to do their business first.

Our recruitment should have been completed last week, not hinged on today. For me deadline day should be for bonus significant gs to boost your squad

Heard Ehab really wanted to sign Canbiaso but Slutski pointed out even though he's the best polo player in the world he didn't think the transition to football would work
