Play abandoned after someone fired a crossbow bolt onto the pitch: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/41103549 That's new. And rather old.
The BBC's top-notch reported kept calling it a crossbow arrow. If it's a crossbow it's not a f'n arrow. How hard is that to research???
I can't take any credit for that unfortunately, DGC. I've still not had a reply to my request. The Powers That Be are doing something with the site and it's causing some odd side effects, I'm afraid. Some people are getting alerts and emails and some locked out users are able to get back in. I'll update everyone if and when I hear what's happening, but there's not a lot that I can do. Sorry to anyone that's having problems. You have my apologies.
Based on their squad for the next couple of fixtures, I'm going to guess it;s because they couldn't think of a fifth goalkeeper please log in to view this image
Should be Belgium 15 Gibraltar 0. But it's still fantastic to see "little" Gibraltar representing themselves at football.
Wayne Rooney arrested for DUI. So, when he 'retired from international football' that's what he was thinking of spending his additional time on.
"Rooney was arrested shortly after 02:00 BST after officers stopped a black VW Beetle" Interesting choice of vehicle
The Barnsley Derby game has now been brought forward by a week, which means we can play the winners on the scheduled 3rd round date.
No surprises there (they were always going to be subject to the whims of the FA and a high-placed PL club) .
