The guys is a legend and deserves time to suss it out.

Sack McCoist and bring in who?

    <TWAT>

The whole Scottish game is in a shambolic state and needs sorted from the top down.

Rangers and Celtic resources should blow these minnows out of the water, but Celtic barely muster a shot on target and Rangers just seem clueless.

It's not McCoists fault that Rangers are a ****in midden, blame that **** Murray <ok>

blame murray? what's he got to do with it?

what sane person plays Broadfoot, Edu, Ortiz & McCulloch in a professional football match? all 4 of them are terrible. They bring absolutey nothing to the table. we wer playing 7 at the back when the 2nd goal went in.

What's Murray got to do with it? <doh>

We've got a potentiol tax bill that might be affecting how we invest in the short-term in players.

He allowed the club to stagnate for 12 years.

We still don't have a decent youth set-up.

    The guy ****ed it up.

As for McCoist, he needs to be his own man and stop morphing into Walter everytime the chips are down.

    ross perry in for broadfoot
    jamie ness in for edu
    kyle hutton in for mcculloch
    gregg wylde in for ortiz

theres 4 youth players that would have won us that match. McCoist is too much of a ****ebag to play them.

You can't blame McCoist for last night. Our central defence have played a total of 6 games for Rangers between them, so it's hardly surprising that they're not a cohesive unit yet.

    This <ok>

It seems that Ally is simply trying to replicate the tactics that Walter used. Understandable I suppose but you need the right personnel.

That's simply not true. Wylde came on as a sub at the weekend.

the defence can maybe be excused for not having the best game but all the other players have been at rangers for ****in ages and all they managed to muster up was one measly goal against slovenian opposition. disgraceful.

    im blaming mccoist.

we could have been 3-0 up at half time yet he felt the need to change our formation "to match their 4 in the middle" What the **** ?!?!

Hes tactically clueless. He doesnt know how/when to make subs and most worryingly the team look like they lack fight.

I will back Ally for as long as he is in charge but im hoping that wont be long.

How long do we give him before fans turn? Can we keep supporting him because of his past? He is CURRENTLY not good enough and thats what matters.

    SSB <ok>

Whether or not if McCoist is going to be a success is to soon to tell IMO.

But some of his decisions have left me baffled, but I'd give him a season at the very least, he deserves that at least for what he done for the club as a player.

Where are you quoting that from? I read that he was worried that Naismith was going to pick up a second yellow card, and was understandably concerned after events in Malmo.

edge - i said the same on ja606 - how long do we give him? If we give him till the end of the season its too late, the league will already be lost. I will back him for as long as he is there but i have no confidence in him at all.

tarquin - it wasnt a direct quote but im sure he said something similar to that. " we went to a midfield four to match up with their four and played lafferty in a position he became accustomed to at the end of last season" how ever having read it again he did mention about keeping 11 men on the park
