Does not matter who he is supporting, he is a nothing now in football terms. He may still have some influence at Utd, but even that must be going as they signed Pogba!!!
Because hes been **** on the wing looking at his end product. If klopp can get his end product up then he will be a good buy. The other fact is he doesnt want to play on the wing so we will have to see if he buys in to that. Hes played around 6000 pl minutes. Also he can defend 1 on 1. He bossed a few games esp moses in the final thats why people say hes a good wingback. Where hes toast is when the cb steps up and he doesnt fill in so theres a massive gap. Anyway we will see how he gets on (on the bench)
klopp is a genius. but we just bought sturridge markii. the guy has missed a ot of football. and thats even accounting for wengers idiocy at times.
dunno wtf conte is at with that one honsetly... nonsense. Liecester look an shambles today. denying mahrez has flown to rome.. no bid in. Drinkwater next to go?
Mane fear - Aldridge 08:40: Liverpool must fear Sadio Mane will follow in Philippe Coutinho’s footsteps as being targeted by a huge bid in the future. That’s according to Reds legend John Aldridge who believes Mane has overtaken Coutinho as the main man at Anfield. “Sadio Mane suddenly looks like the bargain of the century after his £30m move to Liverpool last summer - and the fear must be that he will be next on the wanted list for one of these mega-money transfers that are becoming the norm,” Aldridge wrote in the Irish Independent. “Manchester United were among the clubs linked with Mane in the months before he left Southampton, yet the Senegal international was not see as the world-beater he is developing into following his arrival at Liverpool.” Ox announcement at midday 08:00: Sky Sports reporter Aidan Magee is expecting Liverpool to make an announcement they’ve signed Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain at midday today. Express Sport understands the clubs have agreed a £40million deal - with £35m up front - that will see the England international move to Anfield. Oxlade-Chamberlain, 24, had also been a target for Premier League champions Chelsea but it is believed Liverpool was always the player's preferred destination. Magee said: “Today is the day Arsenal face losing two of their leading players. An Oxlade-Chamberlain deal was hit last night. The medical is done. We are expecting an announcement around midday today.” Barca happy to wait... 07:55: Barcelona are awaiting the outcome of Liverpool’s meeting with Monaco today regarding Thomas Lemar to decide on how they approach their transfer dealings. Liverpool are hoping to wrap up a deal for France midfielder Lemar today and Spanish publication Sport claim the two clubs are in negotiations over his transfer. The Reds may need to fork out up to £92million to convince Monaco to sell though. Should Liverpool sign Lemar, and with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain set to join from Arsenal, the Merseyside outfit could finally decide to cash in on Coutinho. Barca have been chasing the Brazilian all summer but Liverpool have so far rejected their advances. But Sport suggest Liverpool will allow Coutinho to leave if their meeting with Monaco over Lemar results in a positive outcome.
I already had a mito (moan) about chambo on the chelsea board about his price and ive already mentioned drinkwater being a bang average midfielder with no upside (hes pretty old) and think paying anything about 15m is dumb for an injured barkley. I would rather have kept matic or even chalobah than get drinky. Hes ****. Pre transfer analysis. If he joins we will give him a chance but i will not be impressed especially since roman has turned off the money taps
And ahead of the unveiling, Lucas Leiva may have given the game away, dropping a massive hint that Oxlade-Chamberlain will don the No. 21 shirt on Merseyside. please log in to view this image
Fair enough. The market is nuts. Those who got business in early have done well. We're now being held to ransom for a 21 year old who may or may not be great after doing similar for Couthino....who is good, but not £150m good Klopp seems to have an eye for a player and will deploy them where he thinks is best for his system....so am prepared to give Ox the benefit of any doubt. I kinda ignore the money because (a) it's relative (see Couthino fee) and (b) it's not mine as long as we don't ever get back to the Pre FSG days. As for Roman. The mind boggles. Great coach who has just delivered the EPL and he pulls the rug from under him. There are no words....
