    Gomez will play anyway.

I would go with Robertson and lock down the right side a bit.

    My team

    Minger
    Gomez Matip lovren Robertson
    Windy Henderson Milner
    Salah firmino mane

Rationale = can was sivk midweek and played. Don't knacker the lad. Milner and Robertson wotkingbtogether on bellarin threat.

Rest is obvious to us all I think

mines the same but would consider Can depending on fitness levels as notified by the medical team.

    hmmmmm.....

    neither are much good.

Klavan got done round the outside v palace.

dunno... i don't think either will do much v lacazette. Ozil right side would help this situation.

    Klopp says players could leave
15:52: Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp insists anything is possible in the last week of the transfer window, even outgoings.

"Until August 31st, a lot of things are really possible, in and out. If the transfer window closed tomorrow I'm happy with it."

    Coutinho mood low
14.00: Philippe Coutinho still hopes to seal a move to Barcelona this summer, according to Sky Sports presenter Kaveh Solhekol.

Coutinho handed in a transfer request two weeks ago following a £90m bid from Barcelona.

Liverpool have maintained their stance that he will not be sold and are set to reject the fourth bid of £138m.

And Barcelona have now moved on to seal the Ousmane Dembele deal and he is expected to be announced as a Barcelona player this weekend.

But Coutinho hopes that that isn’t the end of his dream to play for the club this season.

“Coutinho hoping Barcelona signing Dembele doesn't mean they're giving up on him,” Solhekol tweeted today.

    Front 3 picks itself.

Unfortunately, so does the midfield <yikes>

Would like to see Robertson play against a more attacking team....let's see what he's really got.

F#ck knows who arsenal will play....at least we've only got one rebel and if he doesn't go, he's still got 5 years on a contract and is worth £100m ish (I know, mad huh!?)

For now. Once Coutinho (or his replacement) and Lallana are back it'll be different

And Lovren gets done round the outside, in the air, in behind, pretty much everywhere.

I maintain - he's one of the worst defenders to play for this club. Guaranteed two mistakes a game.

Yes and then after he just put it out of play and is fine.... it really is quite odd.

Most of all him on corners is amazing. He is beaten in air lots.

But klavan is worse.... and I've seen torben piechnik and borne kvarme <ok>
