Kranks playing well, but like has been said - its like a pre-season friendly.

JD's control is a bit off, though, quite a few passes being miscontrolled.
 
This Hearts team are the worst side I've ever seen play in Europe, and they are the 3rd best side in Scotland, imagine how bad the rest of the SPL is :biggrin:
 
Niko is playing well. Seems reluctant to shoot though which is a bit unlike him. Maybe he's trying to prove to harry he can comfortably fill Luka's shoes by being more of a team player than usual.
 
The only thing that bugs me, and 'Arry's got form for this - why two bloody GK's on the bench again???

Why not one of the young lads have a place???

Lol Drink Bleach just enjoy it tonight, we all know we got a lot tougher games coming up.
 
I don't see why we shouldn't beat Man City at home. Now we have come through against Hearts(and we will) let's blood some youngsters for the return leg.I remember we were 3-0 down at YB but we were away so there's no chance of Hearts doing a Spurs in reverse. I thought it would be much closer than this as the Scots always raise their game against the English. We seem to score very well in the early stages in Europe as in the CL last season but then tailed off in the QF stage. I hope that that doesn't repeat.

I'm a happy bunny tonight, defence looks good, Gomes has only had a couple of wobbles, VDV looks sharp, as do Bale and Lennon. Fingers crossed Kranks does enough to keep him in our squad, think he's a good player and always an option for the first team. Even Livermore looks the part.

Could be, perhaps he's had a call from DL to say don't play *** I've just sold him to pay for a NEW STRIKER (a real NS, not Anybuyer!)
