Bruce can be slated for a few of his managerial attributes but transfers... No.
Spot on, NQDP - know when to held'em and know when to fold 'em

I reckon he folded V Pulis/Fuller, and rightly so if the rumours of £3m+ are to be believed. I guess none of us would have watched his transfer manoeuvrings at Wigan, for example. Yes, we all saw whom he brought in and the headline sales deals that DW enjoyed. But we never saw the failed transfer efforts only because it was not our club.

IMO Brucey has excelled in his 20 months with us when dealing in the transfer market. In fact, probably none has excelled like he has.

Hoy Danny - I'm watching you?:emoticon-0105-wink:

Clint is still alive at the end of the day but to be really honest, Steve McQueen has to be one of the coolest entities that has ever walked the earth kidda:emoticon-0103-cool:

Some day, Cest, I may walk into your local at CleSt wearing a Sessegon designed poncho, a Muntari hat and a pair of Baby Jet shooters!

Cool :emoticon-0103-cool:

You will probs look up from your pint and say "Is that ****er gay?" <laugh> <laugh> <laugh>

sorry was in a rush.

I don't really know Judas put us in a back situation however I would have either kept him until we had found a replacement or got john carew on loan for siz months as part of deal.

Pav from spurs would have been ideal and i think we could have got him for 10 mill.

Cant always get value for money- sometime you just need to pay the going price, especially if we want to push on in league.

I don't agree Johno, SB has strengthened the midfield, where it was needed most, we got 2 real quality players in Muntari & Sessegnon, Gyan likes to be alone up front, behind him Richardson did a cracking job against Blackpool, where most teams had a tough time this season, right now I'm listening to the Knuckledraggers on Real Radio legends, just enjoy the moment, we will stay in the top ten, players are coming back gradually, but now I think we have the team to carry us through.

Enjoy tonight

I completely agree. In Sess and Muntari we have added a goal threat from midfield which has been lacking this season. We want to keep shopping at Harrods. This could be put in jeopardy if we brought in more dead wood at inflated prices and wages for the sake of no more than 6 games. I guess if the worst happened and Gyan was injured tonight we could always recall Tounkara from his loan with Oldham.
