True, I thought you were on the wind up hence my reason not to go to a pub called Pogue Mahone. It clearly exists - well whoop de ****ing doo. It is clear that the pub is called what it is called due to the Gaelic for 'kiss my arse'. I did not rebuff the language, I merely pointed out that the pub sounds like the Gaelic for 'kiss my arse'. So as there was no 'rebuff', there was no bigotry. Your assumption that there was bigotry involved merely because I'm a Rangers fan shows a judgemental, narrow minded nature in yourself. The fact that you mentioned to wear a Rangers top with a smiley maybe hints what the patrons of the pub are like - bigots/violent? Again another reason to avoid.
