Tough one to call (but Gasheads take note that no game is easy at this lofty level) after the predictably unpredictable result we got last night. So I'm saying home win, draw, or away win. There, that's all the boxes ticked !

We will probably do what we did all last season, take a good win and then lose the following home game... thats just the city way under Millen, ive seen it time and time again! hope i am proved wrong though! 2-0 pompy.

Another point to take on board Bristol Fans- even though your win against Leicster City was a decent win- IMO Leicster may not even reach the Play- Offs this year as they are no-where near as good as people claim they Are !!

Reading beat Leicster the game before they played us; and we won 1-0-\I predict a second win of the season for Pompey <ok>

If we go 4 5 1 again then I'm going for a home win, if we revert back to the Ipswich shambles or similar then I'm not.

But you kept a clean sheet.

I listened to the match on Bristol City player - I could hear our lot but your fans seemed quite quiet for long parts of the match, (that's not a criticism, just an observation).

trembling every time the ball neared our dodgy backline probably. The Gate has been a shell since 09' because of the boaring and sometimes dire football that is often witnessed there, like today.

It's true you seem to do much better away from home.

It was like a morgue because of the crap we are dishing out under this clown of a pretend manager. Way to see your club go into total reverse inside 3 years. Without changes we still face a relegation battle. There aren't many worse teams than us despite our result at Leicester and people will stay away in droves if they have to watch this every week.

Really? I thought we played pretty well to be honest, Portsmouth did nothing but hoof it all day long.. Was a good test for the defence and I thought they coped well, Macca and Wilson in particular. The final ball was lacking though today, Skuse and Kilkenny played well. I'd never start Marv but that's just personal preference really, don't like footballers with awful ball control and passing.

Really Jambo ? - you must have left in the 83rd. minute, before we unleashed Erik Huseklepp on you !

In my opinion, he should have come on twenty minutes earlier <ok>

He hopefully should start against Cardiff next weekend. Lawrence isn't really 100% fit, nor is Benjani.

It's going to be a long hard season......

Good luck to City as well - I've got a soft spot for David James; like a lot of Pompey fans; for all he did for us.
