Not really mate the Lucky money has covered a large chunk of it...ok another Striker and a LCB on top we will have spent a few bob but all you can do is try to improve bit by bit like LFC and all the other clubs try to do..

Premier League club Liverpool have announced that England U20 star Sheyi Ojo has been loaned out to Championship outfit Fulham for the entirety of the 2017-2018 season.
This is the third time since Ojo's move to the Anfield club that he has been shipped out on loan to the second-tier, having previously spent time on a temporary basis at Wigan Athletic and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
A product of MK Dons Academy, the exciting winger has featured 13 times for the Reds first team team since his debut versus Exeter City back in January 2016.
Ojo is being targeted by the Nigeria Football Federation to play for the Super Eagles, and ex-Dream Team VI coach Samson Siasia attempted to include the player in his squad for the Olympic Games without success.
The 20-year-old suited up five times for the Young Lions at this summer's Fifa U20 World Cup.
Odds update: Liverpool leap-frog Tottenham as 7/2 favourites to sign Riyad Mahrez
Liverpool lead Tottenham Hotspur in the race to sign Leicester City's Riyad Mahrez, according to the bookies.

I see that Dortmund are after Luan - who was on our radar.
We seem to be initially linked with a lot of players only for them to end elsewhere. I appreciate that a lot of it is agents drumming up interest but there does seem a reluctance on our part to ever make a decision on a player....and when we do, it's already too late, the player has already agreed to join someone else or their value has quadrupled.
Perhaps it's just my perception based on continually being frustrated at not buying some players......and not just this year either.

I think this perception comes about because the media link as many players to as many clubs as possible all the time in order to get clicks. Add to that the fact that fans are constantly screaming we need this player, that one etc.
It then seems like we're in the running for a whole load of players that the club has never shown any official interest in. Whether they should be is a different matter and down to personal preference.
