    Chien Lee would have walked the Fit and Proper Person Test, he's been a brilliant owner at Nice and he's got plenty of money, the only reason he didn't buy City, was because the Allams rejected his offer.

    The club is obviously not worth 'at least the worth of the parachute payments' as effectively, over half that money has already been spent.

    Yeah I was thinking long term. They own a massive stadium and traditionally have much greater success and fan-base than we do. If someone got it right there, they could / should be a top 10 team every year.
