We can't make excuses for dropped points. We could go through the season counting the "dropped points from ref or lino's errors". No we got one point out of 3. We should have got the game sewn up well before the equaliser.

To blame the result on refereeing decisions is burying our heads in the sand, I doubt Klopp will use these as an excuse (I hope not anyway).
We had more than enough chances to put the game to bed. It was good that we got back to 2-3 But I feel the players relaxed afterwards. Salah whilst getting into good positions wasted some good chances.

We should have been at least 4-2 up by the time they got their third.

I was winding Wishi up tbh, but yeah about "burying our heads in the sand", and officials costing us points is nothing new.

Plus the scorer ran through about 6 players to get to the ball <laugh>

Matters not if, like a photon during a double-slit experiment, he darted all around the universe before the collapse of the wave function, so long as he was the first player to touch the ball directly from the corner (which he was).

A photon cannot be offside directly from a corner. That was the bit that Heisenberg wrote that year when he was referee in the Hitler Youth 3rd Division, 1938-39. Einstein objected on the basis that linesman could not falsify the flight of the photon from the moment the ball left the corner taker's foot, and Schroedinger argued that the forward was both onside and offside at the same time until Ferguson paid the referee. :emoticon-0126-nerd:

Whilst it's true that we should have been more ruthless in front of goal, 3 goals against Watford should have been enough for 3 points.

The only thing that's keeping me going now is our attack - they will carry us until we bring in new defenders and midfielders.
