At what point is a player a monetary asset and when is he footballer valued onthe pitch.

It is very clear that most clubs only see dollars.

Pgs have not bought a footballer. They have bought a political trophy and image

The fees are now so high that we are telling Southampton they are mad not to sell but they wanted the player.

Everton offered Barkley a good deal, he wants the money elsewhere.

Liverpool will not sell coutinho or can. These have very different circumstances.

The RS Echo are regurgitating the Nationals gossip columns, Spurs have apparently set their ceiling at £25m for Ross, and that's somehow been translated into Evertons price.

Koeman has said today that there's been no offers, and if no offer comes in that the club feels is the right value for the player, then he'll stay as part of the first team squad.

If he stays Koeman has had a shocker after declaring he must go about 14 times

You need a buyer who'll pay first brains

Also I think you'll find that Koeman has said throughout that Barkley will leave the club, as that's his choice, but not that it'd be guaranteed to be during this window, and if no buyer pays the price then he'll leave at the end of his contract

So by "sell" Koeman meant "leave for free"? o_O
