Saints fans are good at doing that.

 

I really don't see the fuss with coutinho. Didn't with pogba either before anyone starts.

I watch LFC quite a bit and he is OK but am surprised barca want him and for that price.

 

Why would he stay at Liverpool?

Option 1: spend a season occasionally receiving the ball from Henderson and feeding it to Origi

Option 2: spend a season regularly receiving the ball from Iniesta and feeding it to Messi

I honestly don't think he's going anywhere this window at least.
I don't know any barca fans personally so I'm guessing when I say that I'm not sure if they would see him going there as a satisfying replacement for neymar anyway.

Hopefully we reject any further bids and they spend the naymar £ on someone else

 

Mate, this time yesterday, Van Dijk was (in my mind) the most overrated player in the PL. Now it looks like we might be taking a stand, he's one of the best CB's in Europe again.

Of course that will all change again if he goes, the useless twat

It's the same emotional trigger as when some biatch leaves you...you pine for her, tell everyone about her positives? or like me...show her she is nuffink anyway..easily replaced and forgotten..pride...passion..man ting.

 

There's no way Barca fans will see Coutinho as a like for like replacement for Neymar, they don't care about the money, they'll be gutted unless they can bring in somebody like Hazard or Griezmann to replace him.

 

If Barca put together a 60 second video of all of his Liverpool goals that might keep them sweet for a while.

 

Coutinho will be a hit at Barca. He will only improve around better players.

 

I've no doubt he'll improve, but he'll never be Neymar.

Perhaps there's more than that to it, perhaps Barca fans will appreciate somebody who actually wants to play for them more than somebody who doesn't, casting aside the gulf in talent.

Not that I care for Barca fans, I hope they're all miserable as **** to be honest.

 

Hard to replace a player like Neymar..but i think the superior talent of the players around him will more than mask any downfalls Coutinho might have in his game. A bit like what will happen to Kyle Walker now, let's see that **** help a team have the best defence in the league without the Spurs boys, anyway i digress.
