There's still time @Hoddle Is A God has said that he is 'certain that a marquee signing' is coming in this summer.
The only marquee you're getting is the one over the new stadium to keep the cement dry.

It'll be a combination mate, you don't need the players like Sigurdsson to improve your team at £50m, but you probably can't afford to fetch in somebody like Veratti, who'd improve your team, as he'd be on £200k per week easy.
If you're referring to me pissing on the Levy love-in on the other thread, I just don't buy the waffle that he's the fat controller of the transfer market, he's just another chairman who has to conform to the hierarchy, the only difference being he kicks up a bit more of a fuss about it.

In a period where they are actually not that far off winning the league they're diverting finances to a new stadium.
Could go down as a major 'what if' - if Spurs didn't shoot themselves in the foot and focused solely on investing in the team.
