    See reply #32.

It is summer in South Carolina... it is ALWAYS hot and sticky! Extra hot and humid this summer. You walk outside and you're drenched in sweat within 3 minutes. That is no exaggeration.

    Baron,

Yeah, we've got plenty of extra houses over demand here too... that and plenty of foreclosures and houses in disreppair because people can't affor to keep them up. But the roads are so overcrowded here too- I work around rush hour because it adds 45 mins to my daily commute if I go in at rush hour. (only takes 15 mins if I leave for work an hour early).

Exact same here. I don't even have to get on a highway to get to work, and it takes me ten minutes to get to work non-rush hour, an hour during rush hour. Football matches only take half an hour to get to if I can manage to drive at my speed and not the 80 year old speed that I sometimes get stuck in...

I think Flanagan is a great prospect for the future but I don't think he should be playing when everyone is fit, as I don't think he is ready for the top level, I was amazed to see him start instead of Kelly against Sunderland and I think he was caught ball watching for their goal. Im not sure if Kelly was injured or not on Sat but he is way further along the development line than Flannagan and should be playing instead of him.

I do agree with that although I would just add it's not as big a step as say youth team to first team.

On JF I think he's going to be a real asset for us and as I've said previously I've seen our first choice right back Johnson have far worse games than the kid did on Saturday so try not to judge him too harshly. If Kenny thinks he's got the ability then he must have a lot more going for him than some seem to think <ok>

Benitez loaned out youngsters so he could sell them at a profit and try and increase his transfer budget. He was very clever in this way and with the likes of Ayala we are still feeling some benefits, but Kenny's hands aren't tied in the same way. It is still a decent option to use, but i think now that our set-up is much better we look at nurturing players more.

In my opinion Flanagan doesn't have world beating potential, like some think. He reminds me a lot of Carragher- committed, fiery, dedicated, and of course a local lad, but i don't think he is either big enough, fast enough, or good enough on the ball to eventually become a top fullback. That said i see him playing a lot of games and spending pretty much his career here, but Johnson and Kelly will never be caught in terms of ability. A loan might do him good, but with both of those 2 injury prone of late then i think we need to keep him. It's a tough one.

Oh and loans can be very useful, to claim they are purely a shop window is mad, just look at Wilshere and Sturridge at Bolton over the past couple of years.

I just wanted to get some views on your new LB Enrique. Now I think Enrique is a decent player but the way some of you are going on about him is just ridiculous. I've seen some of your fans say things like 'he's the best LB in the league' and 'he has potential to be the world's best LB'.

Now, don't get me wrong, I think he's decent, but some of you guys really do get ahead of yourselves.

I'm sure some of you have seen ShamelessSmith's new video about him, I think he sums Enrique up really well.

Here's the link to the video, for those of you who haven't seen it:

Please keep it sensible guys, I want your genuine opinions. Thanks.

    1. One of the top five left backs in the league, possibly top three (Cole, evra...)
    2. You posted a thread not two hours ago with the exact same post, it got closed, and now you post it offtopic here. Waiting for the post to be deleted.
