Hmm not sure I agree, I thought right wing was our main weakness but after the performances Sturridge put in pre season, I have changed my mind! With AVB giving him a lot of freedom on/off the ball he has played quality AND scored a few goals. I think I'd be quite happy if we bought Mata

Torres was a different player though, shame Lampard, Malouda and Kalou played like idiots else he would have been underway already

I also thought Bosingwa had a class game along with Ramires. Torres would have a large benefit from Mata I think, he created everything he had by himself on Sunday.

Sturridge looks a good player, I think this will be the season he gets in and stays in your first team.

Ramires, Bosingwa and Alex were also top class, very encouraging performances from all of them...Alex is a ****ing beast
My mates go to the Reebok and said he was awesome for them last season...head and shoulders above every other player on their team so he stood out because of that, but even against decent opposition he took them apart.

But he certainly wont have any chance of playing up top with Torres, Drogba and maybe Anelka ahead of him. Can he do the job right wing we need him to do???
