I think I fall in somewhere in between in this discussion. 100% agree about keeping O'Kane. Could well be his best season yet. Bridcutt? I'm not so sure. Yes, he had a poor season by his standards last season, but even the previous season, I felt he was eclipsed by Diagouraga, and didn't manage to be consistent for the whole season. Monk protected him from Dave by getting rid, and I hope TC has bigger balls and more open eyes this season. Sadly, with Dave turning out as a CB, I can see an unwelcome pattern emerging. I just wonder if he's going to be an emergency CB if he's retained this season, rather than a DM. Pity if true. I also cannot see Bridcutt retaining the captaincy. Last season, I did not see a captain out there when we needed one.
Read an interview conducted with Dave... He was pleased with the appointment of a new Coach and said he doesn't want to leave and he wants to show Thomas what he can do preseason and fight for his place. It was a bit of a shock that after one game he was told to go and train with the U23s before being cast out. Good luck to the lad, he was certainly treated harshly last season.

Is it just me or do others get completely hacked off about the incessant and juvenile ping pong match being played against Millwall fans on our board ?

Sorry elland not particularly directed at your last post but I do think you've all become institutionalized by the constant inane drivel in both directions.
Lots of other forums out there mukka nice to have met you CIAO <cheers>

Alas Jammy, you appeared to have strayed into the feline rutting season. It happens every now and then when they find themselves in unchartered territory. Fear not, it is usually over pretty quickly but, I am sorry to tell you it can go on as far as October some years when natural order is resumed.

You will enjoy the full joys of spring around March, possibly as soon as February but certainly no later than April :emoticon-0148-yes:

If you are of an impatient disposition and can't wait that long, the powers that be on Not606 have it covered. Just go to Championship / Millwall and you will find yourself free as a bird from all the pesky posters <cracker>
