My main concern now is that..

We have a TINY side again

Your attacking game is not based on high crosses into the box
to Peter Crouch. Where you have too long been a "tiny" side is in
the mentality of fronting up when things get a bit physical.

Spurs were renowned on this aspect for having a "soft underbelly" .

In which he case he would have surpassed Anthony Martial last Season. <laugh>

I think Lacazette is ready made for the EPL.
Not sure peoples obsession with using the 'French league' as an argument. Its not like theres a long list of hugely successful players like: 'Henry, Pires, Anelka, Cantona, Drogba, Sagna, Evra, Clichy, Nasri, Lauren, Cabaye, Kante, Koscielny, Desailly, Vieira, Wiltord, Blanc,Gallas, Payet, Loris, Lebouef, Djorkaeff, Makelele, Petite..' to have come here from that league...Oh wait.

The French League easily has the most success at producing players to have excelled in the Premierleague.
Why not compare him to Zlatan?

You clearly did compare Lacazette's(without penalties) total goals to Martial's maybe you should re-read<cheers>
No, I compared your hypothetical goal prediction(number of hypothetical penalty's were not discussed) with the actual number of goals Martial scored.

You clearly cant read.

If you want real numbers based on last Season.

Martial scored 8 goals.
Lacazette scored 37 goals.(10 pens) So even without penaltys he still tripled Martials efforts.

Lacazette debuting against Sydney FC this Thursday. Worth a look in to see our new signing in action <ok>

Lacazette quote being compared to Ian Wright "If I have a career where fans think of me like they do about Ian Wright then I’ll be very happy".

Surely you must vaguely realise how your constant posting on here with these sorts of messages is appearing to everyone reading them??

ThefeebleReddevil is a third rate WUM so don't bite - when he isn't wumming he can be rather amusing

What was Wenger thinking playing Lacazette in midfields today?

I was feeling optimistic about the upcoming Season but todays game reminded me of all the baffling team selections I have to put up with over the next 10 months or so.

not really..
Lacazette lack stamina, and in a physical PL which demand alot of covering of spaces and runs, I doubt is the perfect league that fit him.
and yes french league had produced many great players and many flops as well. ex: BARTHEZ, SQUILLACI, BOUMSONG, CYGAN, MARLET, CHEYROU, BELLION, and many many others

Surprised to see no one had spoken about the Chelsea game. Did anyone see it and how was Lacazette? Also was it telling that we were missing Sanchez and did Chelsea dominate us?
