Sandpiper probably would. Pitched battles in the car park with rotisserie chickens.

Ideally it would be good, but realistically it's incredibly difficult to get enough land.
I also think the stadium should be at Melton, the KC is a complete twat to get to on match-days and it's ****s the traffic up right throughout the city. The only good bit is the pubs.
Have them both at Melton, much easier to get to. You could bus supporters in with a discounted park and ride service/train/tram etc
How long does the train take? You've clearly never been around the city on matchday then.
It takes me an hour to get to St Stephens from Cottingham on the bus on a matchday.
Have a look at the train timetable, they're fairly reliable , if they're not in dispute. You've clearly never been around the city on matchday then.

Ah see post above!
Couldn't one walk it in about an hour?
He's full of ****. The Cott bus will drop him near to the stadium, no need to go to st Stephens. Not that it takes an hour anyway. He's a wumCouldn't one walk it in about an hour?
You'd have to jog a bit, it's five miles from the middle of Cott to the middle of Hull.
Train takes seven minutes.

Who is that - Watford?
That's a lot of faith Marco has in him.

Yes Watford. Marco likes past players doesn't he.
If he lives at the top end of Cott. Castle hill area it's about 2 miles to the train station.
Ssssh - Peter Taylor got no end of **** for that, despite the fact that most managers sign former players...
