You're talking about a lack of understanding or lack of comprehension, not a lack of belief.
Terrorists use " Religion " as a justification to their agenda . You can read anything into reading a religious book and run with it ... so I stand by my original post , Terrorists are atheists in theory .... they can use religion to further their terrorism agenda , they don't believe in a higher being , only what the support of that higher being can do for a terrorist group
