Wow that is a surprise.

Fair play to him that could be tricky.

He looks weird in an Aston Villa shirt to be fair, I think he'll become one of the signings of the season in the Championship in my opinion.

Could well be.

Good to see him out of that horrid blue colour.

Fair play to Bruce.

Should this not be on The Championship forum Matth?

He's not got 46+ games per season in him, he's a crock and no doubt on high wages. Add to that he's a complete and utter ****, this could be a complete disaster.

Steve Bruce can get to **** as well the fat chod, I remember him backing up Meyler when he stamped on Adnan.

Always admired Terry as a player - well you have to, don't you? - but never thought much of him as a person. He's just gone up in my estimation now; could have chased the big bucks in China, instead he's chosen to drop down a division in English football. Not many big names do that these days, fair play to him.

Still wouldn't want to introduce the bastard to your missus though, obviously.

A ****y club with an enormous chip on its shoulder and the world's biggest ego. What could possibly go wrong?

Hope he snaps both legs on the first day of pre-season.

Serously? Tbought you were better than that Watford.

Perhaps my comment was harsh. I'd much rather he snapped both legs on the goalpost at Loftus Road while failing to clear his own goal off the line.

It's a massive risk for Villa and not a necessary one IMO given the players they have.
