no they don't apart from a few clubs . We possibly have 1 in Sturridge right now .
Players tend to look at the going rate and expect to get that, you are a bit below with your wages.

He's one of the most all rounded midfielders in the world. He can literally do everything, it's actually scary seeing a 22 year old smashing it. Incredibly energetic, very good defensively, perfect for the high intensity pressing, brilliant dribbler, excellent passer.
Put it this way - if we don't get him this summer, then we won't ever get him because he'll be playing CL next year one way or another and he WILL attract big clubs.
Leipzig have a wage cap so they won't offer him anything close to what we will. Bayern are interested in Keita but apparently looking to get him next year when his buy out clause comes into effect.
So we're the only serious option for him this summer and we're offering well over what he's currently on.

Keita's buy out clause is clear to all. thats the level +5mil max we should be bidding and its not even that terrible in todays market so as we've not by by now we are not bidding.
