Players involved with international matches have started a months holiday....don't know why, I thought it would be a fortnight (perhaps I'm just a harsh taskmaster). Others, inc VVD and Romeu, will be here for testing and to meet MP2 and then will be off and return for preseason proper next week.
Is that the nickname being bandied about already or your invention.? As to the hols, I'd imagine it is anything upto a month, depending on international competition involvement. They'll all be back in time to have a decent pre-season.
MP2 is my invention...someone has to start everything . I just use it for clarity and because I don't like to repeat words in a short paragraph (that's the writer in me).
My initials are MP so once Mauricio has gone to Barcelona I could be in with a chance as MP3's suffer from a real loss of quality! I do speak Spanish and have lived in South America so the omens are good.
I quite like MPeg (soz can't remember who suggested it) still pretty short and more 'unique' especially as the original MP is dead to me now.
Shame though that his name doesn't equate to the initials FFV1 though, as that is lossless We'd go the whole season unbeaten #OnceAGeekAlwaysAGeek
I go for MoPo2 as it has a better ring to it, I am yet to be convinced that he actually exists though.
