He stands up for the country, he never backs down, he's an inspiration to a lot of people, the marches are getting bigger. When he is in charge if your face doesn't fit you'll be in trouble.

He's not, you know. But that's a legal argument and not for here. The fact is, he went over the score. Even if he did 'defend himself', and there is NO evidence to support this, he went far and above what's allowed. Laying into someone who's rendered defenceless is not 'defending yourself'. And you would realise if you lifted the mist & studied it objectively. If this had been Corbyn, you'd be calling out for him to be jailed, based on exactly the same (lack of) evidence.

Like you said, there's lack of evidence regarding who started what, so you have no grounds for an argument.

See previous posts. There is ZERO evidence to support this notion. ZERO. There is a lot of noise and a lot of hope, but no evidence, other than a video that shows a thug laying into a guy that cannot defend himself. Ask yourself why the bus driver wouldn't let Tommy Mosley back on the bus & he had to make his own way home. Indeed it was reported from eyewitnesses that he 'ran away'. Sound like a man with a stout defence?

Well he could step on the bus,and let the drunk lout celebrate bullying people,or he could teach him some manners.

 

So he wasn't defending anyone (which we all knew, but thanks for confirming). He was teaching him a lesson (aka beating him up)

 

Wasn't it also reported that witnesses said this guy was having a go at Tommy and his family throughout most of the day......I think it was.
