    So it's basically the whole article as cut and pasted by the OP <laugh>

    I though there would be more.

    In regards the sectarian part, it depends if there are any witnesses. Thompson and Mjallby were quite close by and might have heard it. Or they might claim in court they heard it <whistle>

    Surely a half decent lawyer would be able to say that Thompson and Mjallby couldn't be sure what was said because of all the noise etc?

    OP....OP..... I thought we were more than that to each other <wah>

    I am not like Girvan, he has to redact stories to put a different spin on things. Occasionally he posts something of interest and I'll have to go and look it up to see what the story really is.

    The Mjallby and Thompson bit and any other people close by is the only way they can make a case for it being Religiously aggravated bit, unless in his own statement wilson has hung himself.

    It doesn't look like he'll be posting many stories on here any time soon (made up or otherwise).

    It says banned under his name anyway. Not sure what happened. I decided to go and do some work for a couple of hours and when I logged back on the thread about Big Jock had disappeared and Girvan was in the dog house.

    Whether his ban is permanent or temporary I've no idea.

    The thread got locked and he cried about it on the Huns bored (on purpose) where their spineless mod will let him say what he wants. I'll guess it is for acting the **** and revealing personal details.

    A sticky point in the case might be Lennons reaction to the fella. The fella should be charged but it did look like Lennon booted him once or twice on the ground.

    Maybe the guy is just a ****ing nut;

    http://local.stv.tv/edinburgh/news/...ng-celtic-manager-neil-lennon-to-stand-trial/

    John Wilson, 26, is accused of assaulting Mr Lennon and committing a breach of the peace at Tynecastle stadium during a Scottish Premier League match between the two clubs.

    Both offences are alleged to have been aggravated by religious prejudice.

    Wilson has been held on remand at Saughton Prison since May 11 - the night of the alleged offences.

    On Tuesday, his defence advocate David Nicholson said Wilson pleaded not guilty to running onto the field of play, running at the away team dug-out, shouting, swearing, making a sectarian remark to the alarm and annoyance of others, thereby causing further disturbance and committing a breach of the peace.

    He also denied assaulting Mr Lennon by lunging at him and seizing him around the neck. The trial has been set for August 29. Sheriff Alistair Noble remanded Wilson in custody in the meantime.
