I would liketo remind you that Leicester are only 3 points ahead of Bristol City - if Bristol City win on Wednesday night they would be on the same points - would that make them "rivals" then???
It's a dangerous game writing offf anyone this early - think back to last year reading came with a great run - Blackpool did the year before.
Anyway back to the thread - it's just a rumour, and don't believe anythng until you see the player photographed wearing the shirt in front of the main stand.
If Newcastle bid the right amount (£6m??) and City accept, then Maynard will go there - Premiership football!!!!
 
Cant find anything concrete on this rumour, get the feeling thats all it is another rumour. I heard a great one the other day where a gas head started a story that they would piss league 2.

This is what ive said about him moving to Leicester in the past, nothing is concrete until this happens <ok>
 
they wont get relegated but they wont threaten the top half while we will be pushing for top 2

where have you read this? would be a good signing. Better out there (im sorry, but i REALLY have my heart set on maynard or the yak so fail to get excited about many others atm!), but very very good and would fit into our system well.
 
Just read on an un offical coventry city site that leon best is joining bristol city as part of a 4.5 mill deal with Nicky Maynard Joining newcastle, could just be lazy journalists or perhaps there is some truth?? Time my friends will tell!!

The Ebanks-Blake thing is just chatter between Wolves fans at the minute, so just a rumour.

But a rumour that makes sense.

You admit it now the chickens are coming home to roost! Before the season started you were using phrases like 'sideways move' and 'play-off push'. Now that's arrogant, the only difference is it's laughable when you claim you're big, at least we've got a reasonable chance of getting promoted!
