On a serious, non bantering point, I am getting seriously **** scared that we can't fix this mess.

Two people not in the public eye have just gone, one sacked one resigned. They were the no 2 and no 3 in the Brexit dept

This matters because they have 12 months worth of building relationships with their counterparts

Some comments from that rabid neo-Marxist rag, the Daily Telegraph:
“The Brexit negotiations start in a week and both [Lord Bridges] and David [Jones] have now got 12 months of knowledge they have absorbed and are carrying around in their heads.

“They had been attending council and had personal knowledge of the EU ministers from the other member states. David has their numbers in his iPhone.

“He texted them and built up good relations with the members of the European Parliament who are also important. Personal relationships were going to be so important in this negotiation.”

Fck me we are up the creek and paddle-less

This is going to end very badly indeed and the Conservative party collectively and Madbot May in particular, are to blame
If he has spent 12 month making friends with them, and they still come out with the racist bile, which they do,then he failed and should be sacked.:emoticon-0148-yes:

More crap from you.middle ground what is that.you have put me down as a hard brexiteer.but read back on my posts and you will find i put i want the best deal for my country.what this deal is going to be i dont know.but for me its about borders and immigration.by your reasoning australia are wrong too.they only take people who do their country good.how half a million poles picking orders all over the country for global companies benefits us i fail to see.we have enough who could fill those jobs and at a higher rate of pay and no zero hours.corporate greed on a worldwide scale is making this country poor.
You sure about Australia? I was in Sydney earlier this year and at times it was like 'spot the white man'.

Are you both doing irony....
What does an indigenous australian look like. Its people that look like you and wakey that are immigrants there.
I wasn't talking Aboriginal. I was talking pan-Asian. Even fewer Aboriginals in Sydney than whites that I could see. Perhaps it was the area I was in. Josh would know better.

Another thing that really surprised me on my trip was when I visited the Pearl Harbour Memorial. I would estimate that 80-90% of visitors were Japanese. Might have been a convergence of couch tours on the day, but our guide suggested not.

Also on a none bantering point.
The london fire which of the following are contributory factors.
1. Cuts to council budgets meaning housing stock refurbished on the cheap
2. Cuts to the fire service resulting in fewer firemen and fire station
3. Cuts to care budgets meaning more vulnerable people being inappropriately housed in these places.
4. Cuts to the imigration and border service meaning more people being housed in these places.
5. The outsourcing of repairs to public housing
6. All of the above

Who benefits from the frying of what are clearly the poorer people in the marginal seat of kennsington.
1. Tories
2. Rabid brexitears
3. All of the above

The fact Corbyn and most of Labour voted out, lost on you slow people then ? <doh>

Not one of them voted to tear up the customs union, echr, single market or free movement. They didnt think even the mad tory right wing would be stupid enough to do such things...

The dickhead option for brexit wasnt an option on the ballot paper.
