Another thing that really surprised me on my trip was when I visited the Pearl Harbour Memorial. I would estimate that 80-90% of visitors were Japanese. Might have been a convergence of couch tours on the day, but our guide suggested not.

Not one of them voted to tear up the customs union, echr, single market or free movement. They didnt think even the mad tory right wing would be stupid enough to do such things...
