Breaking the bank
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is prepared to break the club’s transfer record this window, according to a report from the Express.

The Reds will make a last ditch attempt to sign Arsenal and England winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain by tabling a bid of £40million.

Chamberlain, who opened the scoring for England in Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Scotland, has been linked with a move to Anfield for months after failing to nail down a regular starting spot for the Gunners last season.
