However.... you are not transfer listing a player so its not like you are tendering for offers. in theory all offers are unsolicited. It is not even like walking into a pub and being refused to be served on the grounds the guy doesn't like you.

so you're saying if chelsea offered 70m up front for coutinho and barcelona did the same, you wouldn't be able to reject chelsea and accept Barcelonas?

I'm calling you out MITO. :P

Well it is a fan poll and we all know how fans behave when being asked to vote.
For those who voted Southampton - a wild guess - they didn't think they should have run crying to the PL. <laugh>

MITO was saying that if Liverpool matched Citys bid, they Soton would have no right to reject it and if they did then liverpool could sue them

Roman would just send the lads with tbe polonium around.... normal people would just sue... i understand your confusion.
