I witnessed something no one should ever, and only just come to terms with it properly after thinking and thinking. I'd finished watching a version of Romeo and Juliet at the Globe Theatre last night. Walked down Southbank, and into Borough Market. A lady a few steps in front of me screamed, "he's been stabbed, he's been stabbed..." Then shouts of "guns."

I grabbed the girl I was with and ran and ****ing fast. There was a Bill's restaurant that I got into, before hearing gunshots. Took refuge in the kitchen with loads of other people. The police and emergency services were amazing in the time of need, ensured that we were safe as possible, even though we had to show our hands several times.

It's deplorable what happened. No one should ever have to go through it. Feel for all the people that lost their lives. RIP.
