Can anybody tell me what time the pubs in town will be opening this Sat?
Im getting the early train up from Teesside and dont want to be walking around looking for pubs that are open!

Also can anybody recommend a decent pub which will have a good atmosphere and maybe a few strippers thrown in the mix?? :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Can't recommend a pub, but it's like that in my living room when the missus is out, bring your own drink and baby oil.
 
The Lambton Worm is normally open about 08:00 to serve breakfasts and starts serving beer at 09:00...There are loads of pubs and clubs in the outlying districts of Sunderland that will be open even earlier, but that's the earliest official one that I know..

Few bars have had plans for early opening knocked back by the coppers. Check the echo for details.


A publican ower roker will be opening his bar to rightminded folk for about half 8 or 9. The (old) name rhymes with stripper. Or the jacksons will probably open for the lunatic fringe.
 
I think we are planning on meeting at the Lambton Worm about 9. Driving up Friday and having a night on the town Friday night so it might be hangover cure's all round.
